The Project
memorrie
Legal
Posthumous Data Policy
1. What happens after you pass
Upon your passing, your designated heirs will receive a gentle notification that you have left a memory for them. They can verify their identity and access what you chose to share, for the duration you chose.
2. You control the timeline
You choose how long your memory remains accessible: one year, three years, or no automatic deletion. After the chosen period, all associated data is permanently deleted from our systems. You can also set it to delete immediately if all heirs choose to close their access.
3. No AI ghost, no replacement
We are explicit: Memorrie is not designed to keep you "alive" digitally. It is a bridge for closure, not a permanent presence. Your heirs will always know this is based on what you shared, not a real-time you.
4. Data deletion upon request
If any heir or your estate requests deletion of your data at any time, we honor that request within 30 days. No questions. No friction. This is your legacy, not ours to keep.
