Memorrie provides a platform for creating, storing, and sharing time-bound digital memories with designated recipients. The service is provided on an as-is basis, with our best effort to maintain availability and security.

2. 30-Day Refund

Founding Circle purchases ($99) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked. To request a refund, email care@memorrie.com with your purchase email address.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to store, encrypt, and deliver your content to your designated recipients according to your instructions.

4. No Medical or Legal Advice

Memorrie is not a substitute for professional grief counseling, legal advice, or estate planning. We are a technology service, not a healthcare or legal provider.
